Dịch vụ và hợp đồng
NovaReels giới thiệu dịch vụ sản xuất video và Nova Brief AI. Phạm vi, giá và tiến độ mỗi dự án theo báo giá hoặc hợp đồng riêng. Khi có mâu thuẫn, thỏa thuận riêng được ưu tiên.
Trách nhiệm người dùng
Bạn cam kết cung cấp thông tin chính xác, có quyền hợp pháp đối với logo, hình ảnh, nhạc và tài liệu gửi cho chúng tôi, và không sử dụng website vào mục đích trái pháp luật.
Sở hữu trí tuệ
Trừ hình ảnh minh họa Unsplash được sử dụng theo giấy phép tương ứng, nội dung website thuộc NovaReels hoặc chủ sở hữu hợp pháp. Quyền sử dụng sản phẩm bàn giao được chuyển cho khách hàng sau khi thanh toán đầy đủ, trong phạm vi hợp đồng. NovaReels giữ quyền đối với quy trình, template và công cụ nội bộ như Nova Brief AI. NovaReels có thể giới thiệu sản phẩm trong portfolio trừ khi hợp đồng hoặc thỏa thuận bảo mật quy định khác.
Nội dung hỗ trợ bởi AI
Nội dung AI hỗ trợ được rà soát bởi con người; khách hàng chịu trách nhiệm duyệt bản cuối trước khi phát hành. Không thể bảo đảm mọi gợi ý AI đều chính xác hoặc không có lỗi.
Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Website được cung cấp theo hiện trạng. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, trách nhiệm của NovaReels với một dự án không vượt quá khoản tiền khách hàng thực tế đã thanh toán cho dự án đó; NovaReels không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại gián tiếp trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép.
Luật áp dụng
Các điều khoản này chịu sự điều chỉnh của pháp luật Việt Nam. Hai bên ưu tiên thương lượng giải quyết tranh chấp.

Services and contracts
NovaReels presents video production services and Nova Brief AI. The scope, fees and deadlines of each project are governed by a separate quote or contract. That agreement takes precedence in case of conflict.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, hold the necessary rights to logos, images, music and other materials you supply, and refrain from unlawful website use.
Intellectual property
Except for illustrative Unsplash images subject to their respective license, website content belongs to NovaReels or its lawful rights holders. Usage rights to project deliverables transfer after full payment, as provided in the relevant contract. NovaReels retains rights to internal processes, templates and tools including Nova Brief AI. We may feature delivered work in our portfolio unless a contract or confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
AI-assisted content
Human reviewers check AI-assisted content; clients approve the final version before publication. AI suggestions may contain errors and cannot be guaranteed accurate.
Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NovaReels’ liability for a project is capped at the amount actually paid by the client for that project, and indirect damages are excluded where legally permitted.
Governing law
Vietnamese law governs these terms. Parties will first seek to resolve disputes through negotiation.
