Khi bạn tự gửi email đến NovaReels, chúng tôi có thể nhận tên, địa chỉ email, nội dung brief và những tài liệu bạn chủ động cung cấp. Website không có tài khoản người dùng, không dùng cookie theo dõi và không triển khai analytics. Website chỉ lưu lựa chọn ngôn ngữ trong localStorage trên thiết bị của bạn.
Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin để trả lời yêu cầu, tư vấn hoặc báo giá và thực hiện những dự án đã thống nhất.
Website tải font từ Google Fonts và hình ảnh minh họa từ Unsplash. Dịch vụ email và hosting có thể do Porkbun hoặc đơn vị được chỉ định cung cấp. Khi sử dụng Nova Brief AI, nội dung brief có thể được gửi tới Anthropic qua Claude API để phân tích, theo điều khoản thương mại áp dụng của nhà cung cấp. Vui lòng không gửi mật khẩu, dữ liệu thẻ thanh toán, giấy tờ tùy thân hoặc thông tin nhạy cảm vào brief.
Chúng tôi lưu email và brief trong thời gian cần thiết để xử lý yêu cầu hoặc phục vụ dự án. Quyền truy cập được giới hạn cho những người liên quan đến công việc. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa thông tin.
Bạn có thể yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa dữ liệu hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý bằng cách gửi email đến contact@novareels.homes. Chúng tôi đặt mục tiêu phản hồi trong 30 ngày. Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền liên quan theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP của Việt Nam và các quyền áp dụng theo GDPR của EU hoặc CCPA/CPRA của California, khi những quy định đó có hiệu lực với trường hợp cụ thể.

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes and deliver agreed projects.

We retain emails and briefs for as long as needed for your enquiry or project. Access is limited to people who need the information for the work. You may request deletion.
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by emailing contact@novareels.homes. We aim to respond within 30 days. We recognize applicable rights under Vietnam Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and, where relevant, EU GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA. This is not a claim of certification.
